The long-awaited Airbus A400M designed by developer Roland Laborie has finally arrived for MSFS users.
The A400M is a high-wing aircraft with four propeller engines, a pressurized cabin, a rear cargo door, and is designed as a strategic and tactical transport and tanker aircraft capable of transporting personnel and materials in various configurations.
With a maximum payload of 37 tonnes and a range of approximately 3,100 kilometers, the A400M reaches a speed of 750 kilometers per hour, significantly faster than the Transall (513 km/h), but slower than, for example, Kawasaki’s C-2 (980 km/h). The A400M is equipped with four TP400-D6 turboprop engines developed by Europrop International (EPI) and measures 45.10 meters in length and 14.70 meters in height.
