It may not be on as short a final as the A340 in their screenshot above, but Pacific Islands Simulation have posted a number of screenshots to their forum thread and sent out a Press Release to state that their next scenery, covering Puerto Vallarta on Mexico’s Pacific Coast, will soon be entering beta test phase.
Graham Michael from the development team writes: “Pacific Islands Simulation will be entering beta testing phase of their new project – “Postcard from Puerto Vallarta,” soon.
The 4 month project includes the international airport, city of Puerto Vallarta and surrounding farmlands. Expect more custom rendition of the real-world vacation city in this package. Check out latest project pictures here and here.“

Wow, this looks like a photo on first and second look. Then the autogen trees stand out and the ilusion is gone. Great screenshot announcing what looks like some very interesting scenery (specially for those flying for tradewind caribbean airline TCA).
