The Foundair Bushhawk is a Canadian built bushplane that is not widely known outside Canada. Until now, that is. Currently well into it’s beta testing, this FSX model is planned for release by developers ‘Flyways’ under the Aerosoft label in the fall. The Bushhawk is an ideal bush plane to serve ‘off the beaten track’ locations, whether they be river bed gravel, glacier, lake or sea.
You can find out more about the real Bushhawk by visiting the Foundair website. More development screenshots and progress reports can be found at Aerosoft. This model will eventually be available in amphibian, float, ski, standard and tundra wheel versions in a wide selection of liveries both real and fictional so that you can ‘fly local’ in a good selection of locations.
