[Update: Released] Product was published today, March 15th

Parallel 42 has compiled all questions about ChasePlane on one page: the ‘ultimate’ camera system for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 will be released on Friday, March 14th. The launch will initially be an exclusive Early Access for Club 42 members through the Parallel 42 Store at 11:42 CST, coinciding with the start of FSWeekend.

Why a Limited Launch?
This soft launch allows Parallel 42 to test community functions and backup infrastructures, collect initial feedback, and resolve potential issues before a global launch. The goal is to ensure a seamless experience from initialization to advanced usage.

What is ChasePlane?
ChasePlane is a versatile camera system that allows creating custom views or importing them from a global community. It offers seamless view control and enables assigning keyboard/button shortcuts to retrieve the perfect wing, passenger, taxi, or beacon cam. It allows effortless switching between cockpit, external, and world camera modes. The Cinematics™ mode generates impressive images during flight with a single click.

Pricing
ChasePlane will be offered for 30 US dollars, including cloud backups and community functions. There is no subscription and no optional features.

What is Club 42?
Club 42 is Parallel 42’s loyalty program. Members receive early access to new releases, permanent discounts, exclusive sales, and personalized recommendations. Anyone who has spent 42 US dollars or more on the website is automatically a member.

ChasePlane for MSFS 2024
Parallel 42 will also develop ChasePlane for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Owners of the 2020 version will receive the 2024 version for free for a limited time.
