Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Limited Collector’s Edition (LCE) pre-orders outside the US face an unexpected shipping delay, with deliveries now scheduled for the first week of December. To ensure affected customers can still play on launch day (November 19th), Microsoft and Aerosoft are offering a solution: a one-month Game Pass token granting access to the “Standard Edition” of MSFS 2024 and the “Standard to Aviator Upgrade” content. Customers must provide their gamertag to Aerosoft at collector-gametag.aerosoft.com. The upgrade content will be added after playing with the registered gamertag, although it may take a day or two to appear due to time zone differences. Once the LCE arrives, customers will use its token to redeem the “Aviator Edition,” ensuring no progress is lost.
Aerosoft will issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the unopened LCE package. Customers are advised to activate their Game Pass token on or after the MSFS 2024 launch date to maximize the subscription period, as it lasts one month. This offer is only available for customers who pre-ordered the LCE outside the US before the shipping delay notification. US-based customers will receive their orders on time and are not eligible for these benefits. More details, including refund policies, are available through Aerosoft.
