PMDG has introduced Operations Center 3 (OC3), a complete overhaul of its previous application. OC3 features a redesigned interface, improved diagnostic tools, automated license management, and more efficient livery handling. It also provides direct integration with the PMDG support ticket system.

Initial Launch:

• The PMDG 777F (2020) is now available in OC3.
• The PMDG 777-300ER (2020) will be added shortly.

Transition Plan:

• All Microsoft Flight Simulator products will gradually migrate from OC2 to OC3.
• Existing products will no longer be available through standalone installers or OC2.

Getting Started with OC3:

1. Uninstall the PMDG 777F and any installed liveries.
2. Download OC3 from the official PMDG website.
3. Install OC3 and log in using PMDG eCommerce credentials.
4. Reinstall the PMDG 777F and desired liveries through OC3.

Documentation:

Full user documentation will be available by the weekend to assist with the transition.
