FlightSimExpo 2026 : Vote Now about Dates and Location

Flight Simulation Association (FSA) is inviting the community to participate in shaping the dates and location for FlightSimExpo 2026 through a quick survey. This initiative highlights the event’s community-driven approach, where feedback from attendees and partners influences key decisions. Meanwhile, FlightSimExpo 2025 is scheduled for June 27-29 at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, near Boston. Attendee registration for the 2025 event is open now, with discounted pricing available until March 1. The registration package includes access to exhibits, seminars, a welcome reception, and exclusive add-on activities, along with travel resources on the event website.

In addition to planning the expo, FSA will present the Flight Simulation Experience Center at SUN ‘n FUN from April 1-6, 2025, in Lakeland, Florida. This event introduces flight simulation to a broad audience of aviation enthusiasts, highlighting its value as a training and proficiency tool. Partnering with brands like Desktop Pilot, Fly with AI, and Yaw VR, FSA aims to showcase flight simulation technology to over 200,000 attendees at the airshow. FSA members attending the event can stop by the Buehler Hangar to explore the exhibits.

FlightSimExpo has grown into one of the world’s premier flight simulation conventions, with over 7,500 attendees since 2018 at locations including Las Vegas, Orlando, and Houston. Organized by the Flight Simulation Association, the expo connects simmers, developers, and real-world pilots, promoting home flight simulation as a training aid. FSA continues to foster a thriving community with free membership benefits, including resources, learning content, and discounts for flight simulation enthusiasts.
