Flight Sim Labs (FSLabs) has announced the release of a new update, version 11.0.1.293, for their A321ceo aircraft simulation. This update is accessible through the “Experimental” channel within the FSL Control Center. It incorporates a series of bug fixes and enhancements based on community feedback.
Key changes included in the update are:
- Weather Radar: Addressed a memory consumption issue related to the weather radar.
- IR Shutdown: Corrected the shutdown timing for the Inertial Reference Unit (IR).
- FMGC: Adjusted the formatting on the Flight Management and Guidance Computer (FMGC)’s “Prog Pg” (Progress Page) to correctly display the RNP (Required Navigation Performance) format “0.0X”.
- Cabin Lights: Fixed a bug affecting the cabin lights.
- Landing Lights: Resolved an issue with the landing lights that occurred when Pin 1 was inoperative (“INOP”).
- TCAS: The Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) aural warnings are now suppressed when the system is unpowered.
- DUPanel: The default brightness for the weather radar (WX) on the Display Unit Panel (DUPanel) has been set to 0.75.
- Panel States: Fixed a bug related to saving panel states.
- Pitot Heat: Made corrections to the electrical system of the pitot heat.
- PFD: The display of TCAS Resolution Advisories (RA) on the Primary Flight Display (PFD) has been repaired.
- MMR/IR: Fixed an issue where AP1+2 (Autopilot 1 and 2) were displayed as “INOP” when the aircraft was loaded in the APU (Auxiliary Power Unit) state.
- Printer Function: Resolved timeout issues on the printer function page.
- MMR: Fixed a bug that caused an MMR fault message when loading on the runway.
- XPDR: Added ADS-B and XPDR 2 messages to the ARINC MAINT Bus.
- MCDU: In the UserOptions, the TLA (Thrust Lever Angle) gates can now be set with a single click. The documentation has been updated to reflect the new logic for the TL DETENTS configuration.
- Sounds: Updated the sounds of the engine bleed air systems (“Packs”) in the cockpit.
