Just Flight – RJ Professional MSFS Project News – Special EFB

Just Flight‘s upcoming RJ Professional for MSFS will feature significant enhancements to its Electronic Flight Bag (EFB), most notably the integration of Navigraph Enroute Charts. Users will be able to display various types of charts, including IFR High Altitude, IFR Low Altitude, VFR, and World Map, ensuring comprehensive coverage for different flight types and locations. The charts can be centered on the aircraft’s current position and move in real-time, or they can be manually adjusted to view different airways and navaids. A dark mode is also available to aid night vision during late-night flights.

For those without Navigraph subscriptions, the traditional Map app will still be accessible. The Airport Charts page has also received updates, allowing users to search, view, and save any airport chart from Navigraph’s extensive database. One of the most requested features, the ability to draw on airport charts, has been added, enabling users to annotate taxi paths directly on the charts and track the aircraft’s position with an aircraft icon. This addition aims to simplify navigation and enhance user experience during taxiing.

The RJ Professional will continue to offer various customization options and quality-of-life features familiar to Just Flight‘s MSFS aircraft, such as SimBrief integration, boarding and refueling simulation, and failure management. These new EFB features will debut with the RJ Professional and will also be rolled out to other MSFS products from Just Flight as free updates. The team promises more updates as they approach the release of the RJ Professional, with several screenshots available to showcase the EFB’s new interface and functionalities.
