AzurPoly is developing the SEPECAT Jaguar A for Microsoft Flight Simulator, continuing their work on historical French aircraft following the OV-10 Bronco, Fouga Magister, and TB-30 Epsilon. The Jaguar A, a single-seat version used by the French Air Force since 1973, is currently in the early stages with a well-advanced exterior 3D model but much work remaining on other aspects. Although they are focusing on the Jaguar A for now, AzurPoly is considering developing other versions in the future, potentially including the highly requested British GR.1.
To achieve the high quality they aim for, AzurPoly is leveraging extensive resources, including access to retired Jaguars for detailed 3D scans and sound recordings. They are seeking contributions from the community, particularly from former pilots or mechanics with experience on the Jaguar, to enhance the project’s authenticity and accuracy.
