TFDi Design has announced that their MD-11 for Microsoft Flight Simulator has reached a significant milestone by becoming feature complete and has been sent to their Quality Assurance (QA) team for final testing. This update is pivotal in the development process, and once it passes QA, it will be available to Collector’s Edition Licence holders. However, those who purchased the MD-11 Pre-Sale will not be able to download and fly the aircraft until one week before the public release, as outlined in the initial agreement.
The next steps involve addressing any bugs and refining the aircraft based on feedback from the QA team and Collector’s Edition users. Although a specific timeline for this phase is not provided, TFDi Design assures that it will not take long. Following the release, the team will continue to enhance the aircraft through the ‘Extended Simulations’ package and additional tweaks. TFDi Design expresses gratitude to their QA team and supporters, acknowledging the challenging journey and their collective efforts in bringing the MD-11 project to its near-completion. For continuous updates, users can track the project’s progress on TFDi Design’s status page.
