Hmm, I’m already on Xbox Game Pass for PC and will therefore get the standard version automatically. However, I’m really after the Deluxe version because of Cape Town and the C172 with “normal” instruments which I prefer. Looks like I’m going to wait a year or two for the Deluxe version to go on sale and then get it. Hopefully there will be 3rd party add-ons to keep me busy until then.
why would you pre-order a downloadable game? Am I missing something here, besides the fact that they have been alpha-ing this thing for 1 year, rush through a 1 month “closed” beta, and then deliver a “payable public beta”?
Agree 100%, but that seems to be the unscrupulous way that many AAA developers are going nowadays, because they’re getting away with it. Eager idiots are just too willing to throw money at them first and cry like babies afterwards. That’s why I wait patiently for a year or two and then snap up the updated, fixed and expanded versions at a nice discount.
