OK. Je ne suis pas sûr, mais si c’est une activation via simMarket, il est plus probable que l’équipe simMarket puisse solutionner ce problème spécifique. Et n’ayant pas du tout accès aux services simmarket, c’est pourquoi j’ai conseillé d’envoyer un ticket via le site de la boutique pour que le message arrive directement à une personne qui peut jeter un oeil aux activations.
