Along with the UK and Germany, it appears that France is one of the best served countries for photoreal scenery in the MS FSX world – most of it published by FranceVFR.
The developers have now added the second part of their coverage of the Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur to their catalogue, reworking IGN aerial photos to primarily 1m resolution and laying it over a 4.75m mesh. As usual, they have traced out the coastlines and water bodies to fit the mesh and textures for a vastly enhanced – if autogen free – environment to fly over.
