Its freeware! A lot of time and effort has gone into this and this is how you repay them!

It is probably worth noting that this is an FS9 model and, at present, the panel does not work in FSX.
As to why someone would want to give a freeware model a one star rating? That I can’t say. Possibly because they were after an FSX model? 🙂
