We all rely more and more on computers for our daily lives nowadays. Not so bad if we want to play games, and the things go down. But what if our lives depend on it? And they DO in more cases than you might even realize! ‘Funny’ also that the breakdown of ONE computer system can paralyze the better part of the entire US’s flight traffic. The troubles yesterday of one of the FAA’s two flight planning centers did just that: cause delays all over the US! Boy, am I glad I fly ‘virtual’ most of the time !
