There is a teaser video release of the upcoming ‘Ship Simulator 2010 Extremes’ version by one of it’s developers Pjotr van Schothorst at Vimeo. (It sure is extremely short!). Ship Simulator is developed and published by dutch company Vstep.

I have to say this looks very good and there are more videos on that website. But the version in the video above, I think, is the pro version with the advanced wave system.
