What is New at simMarket?

This may be a great program and I bought it … but i can’t find the “editor” that is supposed to be included as part of it and e-mails to the developer are ignored.
Any ideas about how to resolve this?

Hmm,
I have it under my start menu->Blushing Sheep Simulations->Dispatch Planner X, where I have the Dispatch Planner X Editor entry.
