Service Pack 2 adds a new free mission, new cool features, improved flight model and additional systems simulation, but most significantly, it brings with it a major increase in performance. It carried the Japanese ISS laboratory “Kibo” and featured three long and busy space walks around the International Space Station. STS-124 concluded with a perfect landing at the Kennedy Space Center on June 14, 2008.
