UK2000 Scenery announces the release of “Birmingham Xtreme” for FSX and FS2004. Made to a high level of detail and accuracy but still maintaining a friendly frame rate. It uses animation to bring the airport alive. Includes detailed images of the real Birmingham airport, 3D Marshaller, interactive docking systems, interactive Jetways, realistic ground markings, stunning night effects and high resolution ground Images.

Birmingham Airport is the UK’s sixth largest Airport. With over nine million passengers through its two terminals each year, it acts as the Midland’s premier gateway to the world. Over 50 airlines operate services to more than 100 destinations including New York. Birmingham also provides low cost services with carriers including, Flybe, Monarch, bmibaby, Hapag-Lloyd Express, Sky Europe, Ryainair and Aer Lingus. Birmingham is centrally located in the UK and probably the easiest airport to reach for millions of people. Birmingham has one runway 33-15, the old 24-06 was recently closed. The 1970s control tower is situated in the terminal area attached the north pier. The Original 1930 terminal is still there on the west side.
