  1. Why call it a ‘pro version’ if you don’t add a FMC?

    Or is it just me?

  2. Oops… I just checked out their website and I can see a FMC (http://captainsim.com/cgi-bin/imgview.pl?i=/products/b757/img/screenshots/2d/757_2d_30.jpg;x=1)

Does anyone know if it’s fully functional? Too bad PSS ran out-of-service, I didn’t make a back up, so I’m looking for another vender who can fill in the ‘fully-functional-757-gap’.

  3. I’ve just started writing a review of it and although there are a few things I’m still not entirely sure of, yes, it is a pretty much fully functional FMC. It also has possibly the smoothest VNAV transitions I’ve yet met in a FS model.

What it doesn’t have right now is SIDs and STARs for the vast majority of the world. If you can work your way around the automatic flight systems, however, entering the waypoints to build one for a flight isn’t exactly hard!
